 About our company 

   Mandalay and East Meets West were created by two women sixteen years ago in order to create a source of funding for the Soaring Spirit Therapeutic Equestrian Center, a non-profit program in the Santa Cruz mountains dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and adults who are physically, emotionally, or developmentally challenged.

   With the support of our Mandalay and East Meets West customers, Soaring Spirit has successfully provided therapeutic riding to hundreds of people in Santa Cruz, CA, and is currently in the process of starting a second program in Jackson, CA. The program is taught and directed by the owners of Mandalay and East Meets West, with the support of many wonderful and very appreciated volunteers.
